Meet the team

Graham Steer
Graham founded the company back in the late 90’s and at that time the core business focussed specifically on the design and development of medical devices.
As a medical and bioengineer with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Graham developed a specialist range of products to assist in the management of highly infectious bodily fluids for home and healthcare settings, all based upon the use of superabsorbent technology. This subsequently led to the development of the Secco Faecal Management System, with the innovative and exclusive inclusion of superabsorbent technology for bowel management. This revolutionised faecal management in the intensive care setting, supporting both the control of infection, and a significant reduction in skin breakdown for critically ill patients.
Graham sold the company in 2016, although continues to lead the business in the role of Chief Executive Officer and Research & Development Director, where his passion for innovative design and development inspires us all.
